Plant-Based Milk Recipe You Can Make at Home

We recently made chia pudding for breakfast and brownies with milk for dessert. And I'm happy to report that this raw vegan lifestyle is treating me well.


Check out my milk recipe below:

  • 🥛 1/3 Cup Hemp Hearts

  • 1/3 Cup Coconut (dried, desiccated*)

  • 2 Tbsp Oil (Grapeseed or Olive)

  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

  • 6 Dates

  • 1 1/2 Cup Spring Water

  • 1 Liter Coconut Water

  • 1/4 tsp Unsulfured Molasses

  • Pinch of salt

**Use the nut milk setting on Vitamix.


Nuts are another great plant-based milk option. We recommend the Nutr machine if you want to create the creamiest, protein-packed vegan milk.
